Architectural Spacial Planning - Advice/guidance on plans, detailed internal layouts/elevations, architectural detailing, technical/ structural drawings, depending on Scope of Works.
Lighting design - detailed plans, lighting circuits/recommended products for overall design.
Joinery - Designs/specifications for Kitchen, built-in joinery ie wardrobes/bookcases, doors/windows, bespoke furniture pieces. Including scheduling/supply.
Bathroom designs - Including finishes specification/schedules for tiles, hard floors, and scheduling.
Project Management - Working with all trades/contractors. Preparing budgets for design package.
Schemes - Sourcing fabrics, paint colours, furniture, decorative accessories/antiques, with mood boards. Specification of curtains/blinds, scheduling/supply. Procurement of all items, management of installation.
